Receiving Douglas Email
The Eagle Eye Weekly (Douglas PTO News)
The PTO uses the Eagle Eye Weekly email as its primary communication channel. This email is sent from the Douglas PTO Technology Secretary. Messages typically go out on Sundays and are composed of important reminders and/or descriptions of what is happening that week at school. When possible, we include a link to the Douglas School or PTO website for more details.
To receive this weekly email, click this link and follow the instructions:
Note: Please check your Spam/Bulk folder and computer settings to ensure the Eagle Eye Weekly isn't being blocked for delivery to your inbox,
Please alert the technology secretary for updates including:
To subscribe to the Eagle Eye Weekly if you are new to Douglas (or use the link above).
To change an email address.
To remove previous email addresses

Blackboard Connect (not from PTO)
You will also receive emails from “DOUGLAS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL” sent from the blackboardconnect.com system and signed by Dr. Whitbeck. These messages are not from the PTO, but rather directly from Dr. Whitbeck; they usually report news of special interest to the community.
We hope that these communications help our parents to feel connected with and informed about the Douglas Community. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us.
