The lobby monitor is a great way to advertise a Douglas event or to “decorate” during the event. If you would like to create a slide to publicize your event or program, the cochairs need a jpg file that they can upload. PowerPoint is one of the easiest ways to create the image. Create a single slide, and then select “save as,” and choose “jpg” for the format. Send the completed jpg to the cochairs to post. Note that all lobby slides are subject to approval (so the cochairs may ask for changes), and to accommodate all of the slides, each one may run only on certain days of the week.
